HOW DO I CHARGE CREDIT TO MY MAESTRO TRAVELLER CARD?
When you collect your Maestro Traveller card (at any of the 170 or so distributing agents in
Austria), you charge credit to the card for the first time. You can subsequently recharge the card
with any amount from EUR 10,- to EUR 2.500,-.
Every time you charge the card, you simply pay a charging fee equivalent to 1% of the charged amount.
Every time you charge the card, you simply pay a charging fee equivalent to 1% of the charged amount.
You don’t need to present the actual card when reloading credit; you only need to quote the
card number. This makes the card an ideal source of pocket money for your child’s study trip
abroad, for example.
You can reload the card either by visiting one of 170 distributing agents around Austria, or
from the comfort of your own home via our Prepaid Reload Centre (using a MasterCard Secure
Code).
The credit that you load will be accessible from the next business day at the latest.
