WHERE AND HOW CAN I GET A MAESTRO TRAVELLER CARD?

The Maestro Traveller card is available from around 170 distributing agents throughout Austria. You simply need to present an official photo ID and be over 18 years of age.

Since December 2006, PayLife offers mail delivery of prepaid cards in combination with “ Ident Brief Verfahren” – a service of the Österreichische Post AG. For further information, please follow the below link below.

The card will be issued immediately. You then charge the card with a credit balance between €100 and €2,500. There is no charge for the card itself: you only pay 1% of the charged amount.

Since the card is not personalised (no name appears on the card), the Maestro Traveller is transferable to another person.

You will receive the following together with your Maestro Traveller card:

A copy of our terms and conditions

A six-digit Internet access number for online viewing of your outstanding credit (possibly as a link to the balance enquiry) and your recent transactions

An information card containing key data relating to your Maestro Traveller card (card number, telephone number for balance enquiries/blocking services, etc.)

When you have used up your credit, simply recharge your Maestro Traveller card with any amount from ÉUR 10,- to EUR 2.500,-
